In this series of events, we facilitate connections for founders with business peers, advisors, investors, technology partners, innovators in local companies, and public stakeholders.
We are designing each event having in mind the already existing best practices in the local community, the frameworks of validation & scaling used to build lean startups & MVPs that accelerate international expansion. We are always considering the Paul Graham startup definition: “A startup is a temporary organization in search of a highly scalable and repeatable business model”. Andrei Postolache is a seasoned IT professional and entrepreneur, renowned for his leadership and business development expertise. As the Founder of Xeriously, a Leadership & Business consultancy in Iași, he brings extensive practical experience in software delivery and team building. Andrei also serves as the Managing Partner of Introspecials, specializing in business and leadership development. Previously, he played a key role in the TBNR Accelerator Iași, fostering the growth of startups. With a background in software development and project management, Andrei’s career is defined by his passion for innovation and his ability to drive success in the IT industry.
