 In our inaugural meetup for the new year, we are delighted to present Adrian Sfichi, the Founder and CEO of Ecap®, alongside Marius Ursache, who serves as the Co-founder and CEO of Qualibro.ai & Metabeta, as the moderator.

Drawing on a strong computer science background and firsthand experience as a manufacturing company founder, Adrian Sfichi leads Ecap as its CEO. His journey began with recognizing the pivotal role of User Experience (UX) in technology adoption during his early encounters with resistance to new interfaces in manufacturing. This insight has shaped his approach to technology and product development, emphasizing user-centered design
