Andrei Botez
Andrei is the Global Head of Creative Services at Endava where he leads the research, strategy, design and growth marketing teams from 18 locations around the world. Andrei worked for clients like Axel Springer, Amazon, Deutsche Telekom, Mastercard, J Safra Sarasin, DanskeBank, Razer, Cisco, Chase and VISA. At PoD, he’ll share some thoughts about how design and innovation can unlock growth for today and tomorrow.
Marian Petrescu
For 18 years within the Continental team, Marian has been actively working to bring new complete state-of-the-art technology projects in Iasi. Through his vision, Marian constantly brings his contribution to the company’s unity. He believes that people diversity and learning capabilities are developing the organization towards an agile culture environment while expanding the projects portfolio brought to Iasi. In the last year, by having a global role with responsibilities for the Product Center Computing and Chassis Units, Marian focused on developing a strategy for expanding the product portfolio towards Asian and US markets by building up the organization from the product development, engineering development, operations, quality until sales.
